Note on the dating provided by Beverly Wilgus (22 April 2016)
"I find the address "Cor. Fifth & Olive" only identified as 1870, 71 but he was on Firth from the 1860s and not identified as not being on Firth Street till the 1875 so I guess ca. 1870 would be close as we can get."
