Moses (Moshe) Aronovich Pampulov (Panpulov, 1801-1884) was a hereditary honorary citizen, merchant of the 1st guild, veteran of the Crimean War, leader of the Eupatoria Karaites, Mayor of Eupatoria from 1861 to 1863, poet, father of Gacham S. M. Pampulov (see photo in Collection ?9187-7).
 
The photograph was displayed at the Russian Ethnographic Exhibition of 1867 in Moscow.
