"When opening a bottle of wine it is a common practice to sniff the cork at side facing the wine to test the quality and see if has become 'corked' which gives a smell like vinegar. This was told to Ansel and..so he did. But.... the bottle of table wine had a plastic cap.... and so there was nothing to smell...." (Carl Uytterhaegen, December 2006)
