This plate is in a case used by Mayall ca. 1848-1852. In 1852 he opened a new gallery and changed his logo. The painter was probably Andre Mansion. There is no painter ID on it but Mansion worked for Mayall just after leaving Barratts employ and the tinting is definitely reminiscent of his work.
