Titled "3rd Av. New York" and signed by Kertesz in pencil on verso, with date "3 - 9 - 63" also in his hand. This may well be a vintage 1963 print. It was exhibited in a retrospective exhibition of his work in England in 1978.

The arm near the center belongs to an unseen workman, and serves as a personal reference for the artist [see for example the famous image of the arm in the fan] as does the sculpture, particularly the Kertesz-like smiling face at the left.
