From the celebrated 1891 album of Bosse's views along the Upper Mississippi. This little steamer was named for the daughter of Alexander Mackenzie, of the Army Corps of Engineers, who supervised Bosse's survey. She is seen moored at Frederick, Maryland. This is more a study of the vessel than of the river landscape.
