A photograph of the building that was formerly Allan Ramsay's shop at 153 High Street, Edinburgh in the process of demolition. The close up image shows a very dilapidated building with many broken windows and peeling paintwork. Three workmen can be seen looking out of the windows, one is standing behind a ladder. The sign of the building says that it was being used as Hair Dressing Rooms prior to demolition and there is also a sign advertising ice cream for sale. Image taken by a member of the Edinburgh Photographic Society.
