Each page insert is impressed with that name as well as "Brevetes SGDG" which is French for "patent" or "patented".
Both covers are solid Ivory with the front cover having a finely detailed carving of an anchor & rope design. The spine has Ivory top & bottom decorations.
The 14 pages will accommodate 28 Cartes de Visite - 6.5" x 5.25" (16.5 x 13.3 cm )
The album is filled with the then so popular sentimental ( SOULE ) CDVs
