The Bauhaus student Xanti Schawinsky was the graphic designer of the city Magdeburg between 1929-1933, during which time he designed the facades of many public buildings. He also was a photographer and photographed his own designs. This image combines a Cinzano bottle and glass with one of his artworks as a backdrop.
