Inscription: Inscribed at bottom of mat, in pencil, by Poitevin: "Gauthier [space] Schneider [space] Jourdet / (Monmorot. 1848). Poitevin" Secondary Inscription: Inscribed on backing, at left center, in pencil: "80 [encircled]".
