With Edward Weston's script hand stamp and Cole Weston's title, date and notation, in pencil, on mount verso.

According to Amy Conger, by early 1953, Brett was printing images several times a week. This particular photograph is one of these Project Prints made during the 1950s. Although his father was not able to sign all of the images that were finally mounted and spotted, both Brett and Cole stated that he supervised the quality of the images produced.
