The photo postcard offered here is a Spanish advertising card for the German company Bayer. The dynamic, modern photomontage is reminiscent of the Bauhaus artists' work and was published on the occasion of the Olympic Games 1936. The printed text on the verso praises the pain killer Novalgin in injection and tablet form as a remedy for pain and sport injuries.
