Photograph of the Tomb of Salim Chishti in the partially ruined city of Fatehpur Sikri to the west of Agra. The tomb is in the Mughal architectural style with marble latticework walls and a low dome. Several men are sitting on the steps in front of the tomb. There is a wall behind with a gateway to the right.

This is one of a series of photographs of Agra by Dr John Murray which were published in a volume with accompanying captions by J Middleton. Murray was an East India Company doctor who used waxed-paper negatives to produce photographs of the Mughal architecture of Agra and the surrounding area.
