Thin-Boundaried - This piece is about not being able to draw a line between what is appropriate to ask or tell people and what is simply too personal. There can be a high level of discomfort and awkwardness when you are in this situation, and it can often happen in the most releaxed, casual atmosphere, you can see how this can relate to social phobia, maybe a reason for someone to be apprehensive in social situations, for fear of people like this)
