The work centres around the notion of memory, space and identity.
There are a few recurrences in each of the images. Anni's presence, a body of water with its horizon, the dateÓÓ
By repeating these parameters she becomes as complex as the ocean and as certain as the waves behind her. Sure to happen, constantly changing.
She is a traveller, fleetingly passing in front of the solid background.
Though you will never know her, you will at least know of her first name.
The image moves up and down within the white square depending where the horizon behind Anni is.
