Frontal view of Porta Reale, the arched gateway into Valletta's Strada Reale, with a few figures standing in front of it. The two statues in the niches are of Philippe Villiers de L'Isle-Adam (1464-1534) and Jean Parisot de la Valette (1495-1568), former Grand Masters of Malta. Through the arches is a street overhung with jutting windows.
