I don't know much about. It is a 4x6 print mounted in a fancy paper "holder" with a thin sheet of rice paper protecting the photo. So I assume it is from a Japanese photo studio, but no identifier. He is holding the flag of Imperial Japan which is 1870-1945. I would guess this is closer to 1900 or 1910."
