On Oscar night 26 February 2017 the Academy Award for Best Picture was wrongly announced as "La La Land" following a mix-up with the envelopes and after some moments of chaos on stage it was announced that the award should have gone to "Moonlight."

The original photograph used is the infamous 1948 "Dewey defeats Truman" headline that proved to be incorrect.
