Description
Daguerreotype; portrait of man, seated, wearing a top hat; the plate is separate from its case (now in two sections) identified as Edward McDonald, publican of the Forth and Clyde, Sydney. The name of the photographer 'Newland' is stamped on the bottom right hand side of the daguerreotype mat.
