(Jerry Gorman, 24 May 2022) The image with the dog is a 1/6 plate tintype. I believe it to be a copy of a daguerreotype because it is identified on the back as "William Read, 1850". (Water Witch, 2) The image is housed in a 1/6 thermoplastic case, 1-95 Berg, The Fireman Case, with pristine green velvet pad.
