"From the very beginning to the end of our lives "love" is the highest importance to all of us: "love" is a source of immeasurable and intense happiness but unfortunately also the cause of heart breaking pain.
The world-renown and not to be misunderstood symbol of "love" is the graphic representation of a heart. The graffiti of this "heart symbol" is the subject of my recent work.
The series of photos consists of images taken in Belgium, France, Spain, Malta, India, Japan, Chile, Mexico, Austria, Switzerland, Ireland, Egypt, the Netherlands, Australia, Madeira, and Moscow." (Carl Uytterhaegen)
