This slim volume is the catalog of a travelling exhibition first displayed at the Minneapolis Walker Art Center. Selections from the work of 12 young international photojournalists are reproduced and, as might be expected, many of the subjects deal with war and violence. The novelty is that the photographs are in color rather than in the traditional black and white. Weinberg's lengthy essay discusses the role of color in photography, especially with respect to photojournalism both in the past and as shown in the exhibit photographs.
